Data privacy statement

We take the matter of data protection very seriously and want to ensure that your private sphere is valued at all times when using our offers. In the following data privacy statement we would therefore like to explain to you how we will handle your data.

1. Access data without personal references

In order to improve the offer on our website, we collect and store particular access data without personal references. As soon as you request a folder from our website, standard access data will be collected and stored.

This data record is comprised of inter alia:

– the page from which the outgoing folder was requested,
– the name of the folder,
– the date and the time of the request,
– the data volume transferred,
– the access status (i.e. whether the folder was transferred or possibly not found etc.),
– a description of the type as well as the version of the web browser used,
– the operating system installed and the resolution set.

These data shall be analysed for internal statistical purposes as well as for technical administration of the website; it will not be passed on to third parties, including extracts. These anonymous data shall be stored separated from the personal data record and will in no case be connected to your personal data by us, so that it is not possible to draw any conclusions about a particular person.

2. Collection and storage of personal data

Personal data shall only be collected by us if you communicate this to us voluntarily. In the course of your order or when opening a customer account, above all the following personal data will be collected: form of address, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number. In addition, payment information like bank details will be collected when ordering.

The following personal information will be collected when registering for our newsletter: your e-mail address.

The personal data communicated by you (form of address, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details) will be lawfully stored and in accordance with the provisions of the “Bundesdatenschutzgesetz” (BDSG) [German federal law on data protection] and the “Telemediengesetz” (TMG) [German law on telemedia]. Your data will of course be treated with confidentiality.

3. Use of personal data

Your personal data shall not be used without your separate consent solely for the purpose of proposing the order. It is however necessary to pass on your address to our couriers in order to deliver the goods. They are obligated to treat your data confidentially and to use the data exclusively for the purposes of the delivery. In order to process the payment, your payment data will be passed on to the authorised credit institute. Personal customer information beyond this will not be passed on to third parties. We are however authorised to issue the responsible authorities with information regarding your data in individual cases if they request your data in order to fulfil their statutory powers (e.g. criminal prosecution).

Without your consent we do not use the data collected for the purposes of advertising, market research or opinion polling.

When ordering our newsletter you agree that we use your e-mail address for our own advertising purposes. You can revoke your consent to store and use your e-mail address to send the newsletter at any time and with effect for the future.

4. Newsletter

If you order our newsletter, you have provided separate consent to store and use your e-mail address through the agreement below. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future using an informal message, e.g. by sending an e-mail to: service@nevox.de, or you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Authorisation to send the newsletter:

“I would like to be regularly informed about interesting offers by e-mail. I can revoke this consent to use my e-mail address at any time.”

5. Cookies

This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files which your Internet browser stores on your computer. The consequence of this is e.g. that the data submitted by you once are already provided when filling in form fields again.
